1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the The Gifted Brand website (thegiftedbrand.com) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The Gifted Brand is a fashion label based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering ready-to-wear and bespoke tailoring services. Our business operates under Nigerian law.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices on the website are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). We accept payment via card and bank transfer through our secure payment processor. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it — for example, if an item sells out after your purchase. In that case you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

3. Custom Orders

Bespoke and custom tailoring orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of ordering. The balance is due before dispatch. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

Lead times for custom orders are typically 14–21 working days from the date of order confirmation and measurement receipt. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Lagos and across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary by location and are provided as estimates — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

International shipping is currently unavailable. If you are outside Nigeria and wish to place an order, please contact us directly.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item is collected by the courier. We recommend you inspect your delivery before signing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@thegiftedbrand.com with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, designs, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to The Gifted Brand. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
